Update November 24, 2023
We are currently in the process of matching community groups and donors with families who have requested hampers. If you would still like to contribute to this amazing ministry, they are always accepting gift cards and items for their boutique. Bring them to the church on December 10th so we can take them to the Centre on the 12th. More details are below (Please make sure the gift cards are activated!).

We will be partnering with the South Fraser Pregnancy Options Center (SFPOC) again this Christmas to help them provide Christmas Gift Hampers to families in need. SFPOC supports women to make informed decisions regarding their pregnancies and provides follow-up care, no matter what they decide. As a registered charity, they depend on donations to operate.

If you, your family, and/or your Community Group would like to provide a gift hamper - or part of a gift hamper - to a low-income single-parent family, please contact the church office to receive further instructions.

If you are not able to provide a Christmas Gift Hamper, SFPOC also operates a boutique where moms and expectant moms can get supplies at not cost. They are always in need of:

  • Diapers (Sizes 4, 5 and 6)
  • Formula & Wipes
  • Baby Clothing (Sizes 12-24 months) & Blankets
  • Maternity Clothing
  • Toys & Gift Cards
  • Strollers

Please note that due to their limited storage space, they only carry items for babies up to 24 months.

Additionally, SFPOC also needs Superstore or Walmart gift cards to help families provide food, clothing, and other necessities for their children. Please check your receipts to make sure the gift cards are activated.

Please bring all gifts for SFPOC church on Sunday, December 10th. We cannot accept donations after December 10th. We will take all the items to the Centre on Tuesday, December 12th. If you can help transport these items, please contact the church office.
