Have you reached Freedom 55, 65, 75 or some other magic number? Are the demands of the working world behind you, and you are free to explore new horizons? Then don't get caught in the Couch Potato Trap watching TV, sipping tea and nibbling on bonbons - never getting out to see others. Grab you jacket and head out for some fun with others who are just as free as you!

Young@Heart is a group of vibrant and active adults who want to embrace the life we've been blessed with, and to enjoy time together with others.

Numerous activities are planned with events taking place each month. Some past activities have included:

• Vancouver Symphony Orchestra "Tea and Trumpets"
• Picnics at Centennial Beach
• Grouse Mountain Summer Adventure
• Hawiian Paradise potluck lunch around the pool
• and many others...
