Here at TAC we have a staff dedicated to serving the body of Christ. Our goal is to help people come to know God, deepen their relationship with Him and to see that lived out in their every day life. Be it through our ministry to children, youth, adults or seniors - by way of song, prayer, teaching or even administration - our desire is to glorify God in everything we do.
Steve Kroeker
Lead Pastor
As Lead Pastor, Steve focuses on teaching, giving general oversight to the ministry of the church and
leading the staff ministry team. He and his wife Melissa keep busy at home with their two-year-old Noah
and baby Eva. Steve's greatest passion is to engage people and to speak the message of Jesus into
contemporary culture. His desire is to see everyone in South Delta living passionate, joyful, worshipful
lives as missionaries to their world, in response to what God has gloriously done for us through Christ.
Paul Papworth
Youth Co-Ordinator
Paul has been leading the Youth Ministry at TAC since the fall of 2007. He and his wife
Sheri, along with their two daughters Alyssa and Emma, have called Tsawwassen home for
most of their lives, and have called TAC their home church since 2002. Paul's greatest
passion in Youth Ministry is spiritual formation. For him, nothing is more exciting than
seeing God work transformation in people's lives.
Sharalee Staunton
Director of Administration & Communication
As Director of Administration & Communication, Sharalee oversees all the avenues of church
communication while taking care of the day to day business and church finances. Sharalee
grew up in Tsawwassen and called TAC home during those years. She now lives here in town
with her husband Ian and is excited to be calling Tsawwassen Alliance home again. With a
passion for seeing young lives transformed by the gospel, Sharalee has a heart for the preteens
here in South Delta.
